These are our small-batch and seasonal blends — the ones we make when the mood or the season calls for it, and stop making when they're gone. Fall brings Pumpkin Crunch Cake and Apple Pie; other times of year bring something else entirely.

If you find one you love, buy two. We're honest about this: when a specialty batch is gone, it's usually gone until next year.
